Ingredients:
Flour (whole wheat or durum wheat) 140g
Yogurt 300 g
3 Eggs
Cocoa powder 40 g
Baking powder 10 g (2 teaspoons)
Sweetener 15g (to taste)
Salt 1g

For the “Wet Mancake”: 200g sweetened cocoa, or 200g water and sugar-free syrup.

For the glaze, you can pour in warm milk (60g) and add 72% sugar-free chocolate (50g), stir thoroughly.
