Ghee Ragi Idli
1 cup Semolina/Rawa
1 cup Ragi flour
1 cup Curd
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Eno
Add water and mix well
Cover and allow to rest for 20 minutes
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Few Curry leaves
1 tsp Urad dal
1/2 tsp Green chilli
Cook till it crackles
2 tsp Cashewnuts, broken
Add this to the idli mixture
Again keep aside
For the chutney
15 Dry red chillies
Roast and remove
1/2 cup Sesame seeds
Roast and remove
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
1/4 cup Urad dal
1/4 cup Channa dal
Roast and remove
Grind all the ingredients to powder
Remove the chutney and add salt
Mix well and keep aside
Grease the idli mould
Pour some batter
Cover and steam till done
Remove the idli
Place the idli
Pour some hot ghee over it
Sprinkle some chutney and serve hot
