This icing is actually HEALTHY!! That’s right this icing is guilt free, because it is made with avocado. Now yes, avocado has a lot of calories because it is a healthy fat; but it is healthier than a butter. And besides, there are only 44 calories per serving of this raspberry avocado icing.

Ingredients:
1 Small Ripe Hass Avocado (about 136g)
~Yes, I know my avocado is not as ripe as it should be, but I needed to make the video.
1 Tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice (prevents browning; you can add more)
30ml or about 1 serving of PURE Maple Syrup or Honey
~Not the kind you are familiar with that has high fructose corn syrup.
1 Cup Raspberries (frozen or fresh)
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Apple Sauce (about 1/2 a to-go container)

Instructions:
1. Add ingredients into blender and mix.
2. Smooth out the icing by straining it.
3. Put into a container and refrigerate for about 1 week.
4. You can put this icing on my HEALTHY Chocolate Cake made with banana.
~I used half of this recipe for the cake.
~Drizzle the icing, instead pouring onto the top of the cake, to save calories.
