onion -1
green chillies -3
salt – as needed
oil -as req
METHOD

~ soak a cup of oats in water
~ soak for 15 min .
~ Once soaked , blend together , soaked oats , onion and green chillies adding salt as needed .
~ blend into very smooth paste .
~ adjust batter consistency if needed .
~ pour ladleful of batter onto a preheated tawa and fry evenly brown on all sides
~ since oats are sticky in nature take care to brown it or the dosa may turn out a failure .
