Dough Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour – 400 gm
(Use MP Sharbati flour Variety for best results in bread baking as it has slightly higher protein content than other Indian varieties. I have used Ashirwad Select Flour; you may use freshly milled one too)
Milk Powder –30 grams
Salt – 1.5 teaspoons / 8 Grams
Brown Sugar – 2 tablespoons
Instant Yeast – 12 grams
Oil (Extra Virgin Olive Oil preferred) – ¼ cup
Water (Lukewarm) – 300 ml + 50 ml
Flaxseed Gel – 4 Tablespoons
