In this video, I have shown you how to prepare murungai keerai (drumstick tree leaves/moringa leaves) vada as a snack or side dish for lunch meal or evening.
It is a very healthy snack as drumstick leaves are highly nutritious. If your kids are not eating spinach/keerai varieities when prepared as curry or stir fry, this way of preparing it as a snack will make them enjoy this healthy dish.
You may serve it like vadai/vada or even as small bite-able pieces of pakodas/pakoras.
make sure to serve it hot with Coconut chutney or tomato ketchup or mint chutney or mayonnaise.
