Oats Palak Chilla – Weight Loss Breakfast/Lunch/dinner – Healthy Diet Recipes -Oats Recipes for Weight Loss

Oats palak chilla is a filling and tasty breakfast that you can enjoy with some chutney of your choice or can have it with just sauce. It is healthy and can be prepared quickly. this is so easy that everyone can make it. Hope you like it.

Ingredients –
1. Oats – 1/2 cup ( I have used instant oats)
2. Besan or chickpea flour – 2 tbsp
3. Cumin seeds – 1/3 tsp
4. Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
5. Hing or asafoetida – a pinch
6. Salt to taste
7. Freshly chopped spinach leaves – 1/2 cup
8. Oil as per needed

Note – you can add more veggies of your choice.
