This video is about how to make the easiest and best gluten free bread you’ve ever tasted.
400gr gluten free bread mix
5gr dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt and sugar
4 teaspoons of chia seeds mixed in 100 ml of water
3 tablespoons of olive oil
300 ml lukewarm water
Best is to mix al dry ingredients first then add the oil and chia + water mix till you get a dough that is too soft and sticky to knead but not runny. Then put in a baking tin, cover it with a towel and let it rest for 45 minutes in a warm place.
Bake for 45 minutes and you’re done.
Easy peasy and truly the best gluten free bread you’ll ever taste.
