Chicken Broth Recipe [SAVE THIS]
This is the original collagen! Drinking a cup of this daily will not only improve your digestion but will also help reduce the pain you feel in your joints & you’ll notice your skin clear up too! I understand it’s not achievable to have this on the daily but batch make it like I do and freeze it for those under the weather days and the tougher days of Ramadan when you need that extra strength 💪🏽
Ingredients:
1kg @tayyibblog chicken on the bone
2 white onions
1 large chunk of ginger
1 bulb garlic
2 carrots
2 celery sticks
2tsp salt
1 tbsp whole black peppercorns
2 tbsp cup fennel seeds
1 tbsp cloves
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
Tips:
* Remove the chicken from the bone & use it in Dalya (recipe on my page) or in my next recipe coming tomorrow!
* Eat the veg or mash it up and use it for your weaning baby
* Pour the broth in to freezer bags and freeze for up to 6 months
* Use Tayyib, Organic Halal chicken for this as it’s a great source of collagen
