Bored of the same roti and sabzi?
Try this unique recipe made with the same ingredients but tastes much better!!
Made with Multigrain Atta and with veggies stuffing, we bring to you this healthy dish!

Ingredients:

Possible Multigrain Atta – 1 Cup
Salt (in the atta)
Water (for dough kneading)
Ghee 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Onions – 1 Cup
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Chopped Carrots – 1 Cup
Cabbage – 1 Cup
Beans- 1 Cup
Capsicum – 1 Cup
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp

Method:
For Dough:
1. Take a cup of Possible Multigrain Atta, add a pinch of salt, and with water prepare a dough.
2. Make small rotis out of the dough and keep it aside.

For Filling:
3. Heat a pan, add ghee, chopped onions, ginger and garlic paste and cook it to golden brown
4. Add chopped carrot, beans, cabbage, and capsicum. Saute the veggies until it is half cooked.
5. Add cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt as per taste. Mix well and roast well

Vegetable Pockets:
6. Apply water evenly over the rotis.
7. Place the vegetable mixture in the middle of the roti.
8. Cover another roti on the top and press the sides gently with a fork.
9. Roast it on a pan with minimum oil/ ghee.

The Vegetable Pockets are ready!!😃
