You will fall in love with this dessert! Carrot cake sounds weird, but it definitely doesn’t taste like it contains carrots! Cinnamon and orange give it a special aroma and taste!
This Carrot Orange Cake is a hearty and low calorie high fiber dessert that is delicious and spicy.

It is rich in fiber, making it the perfect treat without sacrificing calories.

You can easily eat half a cake for breakfast and still stay within your daily calorie limit.

2 large or 3 medium carrots
3 eggs
40g honey
100 g flour
1 tsp baking powder or 1 tsp soda quench with lemon
1 tsp cinnamon
zest of 1 orange
juice of half an orange
70 g walnuts

Cream
180g cream cheese or yogurt or full fat sour cream
20g honey

Bake
360°F / 180°C
30 minutes
Decorate with walnuts, and pie
can be eaten immediately or left for 2-3 hours.
