Recipe :
Take some cooking oil in a pan.
Add 1/3 cup of cashew nuts and shallow fry them.
Take 1/2 cup peanuts and shallow fry them.
Take 1 cup of Makhana and shallow fry it.
Take some cooking oil in a pan.
Add some green chilies and curry leaves and shallow fry them.
Add Murmure (puffed rice) and stir fry it.
Add 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder and continue stir frying it.
Add the roasted nuts
Add chaat masala as per taste.
Add salt as per taste.
Add red chili powder as per taste.
Add besan sev & and Murmure namkeen is ready to serve.
