Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup coconut
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
2/3 cup peanut butter

Mash bananas in a large bowl and add in the rest of your ingredients. Mix well to combine and tranfer to a 8 x 8 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 35 minutes. Cool completely, slice, + enjoy. Store in your refrigerator.
