Protein Salad
Serves 2
Ingredients:
-Chickpeas(छोले) boiled 1 & ½ Cup
-Roasted peanuts(मूंगफली) roasted 1 Cup
-Fresh Coriander leaves(धनिए के पत्ते)
-Red chili flakes/ powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1 tbs
-Chilli powder 1tbs
-Black pepper(काली मिर्च) 1 tbs
-Sea Salt(नमक) 1 tbs
-Lemon(नींबू)1/2
-Cucumber(खीरा) 1 medium
-Salad leaves 1 bunch
-Salad cheese 6-7 cube
-Carrot(गाजर) 1
-Pepper 1/2
-Cherry Tomatoes 5-6
-Red radish(लाल मूली) 2-3
-Olive oil(तेल)3-4 tbs
-Onion(प्याज)
-Mix seeds(बीज)
Process:
-In a frying pan,add 1tbs olive oil, chickpeas, peanuts,chilli powder, Chilli flack, sea salt, black pepper and mix well and roast on medium flame for 3-4 minutes & set aside.
-chopd all vegetable in your requirement and set aside.
-In a small bowl add 2-3 tbs olive oil chilli flack,black pepper,sea salt, corindor leave lemon juice & whisk well.
-In a bowl add all chopped vegetables, roasted chickpeas, peanuts mixer and olive oil seasoning and salad cheese and mix it well and serve!!
