Instant Oats ½ Cup
Chia Seeds 1 Tbsp
Yogurt (Whisked) ¼ Cup
Honey 2 Tbsp
Milk 1 Cup
Banana (Mashed) 3 Tbsp

Instructions:

1. In a jar, combine the instant oats and chia seeds.
2. Add the whisked yogurt, honey, and mashed banana to the jar, and mix well.
3. Gradually add the milk to the mixture, stirring constantly until all the ingredients are well combined.
