I’m often tired by the time I finish work, so I add veggies, eggs, and occasionally meat to leftover rice and fry it. It’s easy and really good, I can always fall back on it!

When I make it, the sauces I add are soy sauce, oyster sauce, and stir-fry sauce. All three add unique flavors to rice, but it can be easy to go overboard, so make sure you taste as you go. Sometimes, I add a bit of sugar for depth.
