Crunchy Delight: Try this Roasted Makhana Recipe for a Healthy Snack
Munchies Made Easy: How to Make Addictive Roasted Foxnuts!
Add 2 tablespoons of ghee
Add 250 grams of Makhana or Foxnut
Roast it for 8-10 minutes
It needs to be made crunchy
Add 2 teaspoons of Onion Powder
Add 2 teaspoons Tomato Powder
Add 2 teaspoons more ghee
Roast it further
Add 1 teaspoon chilli powder
Add 1 teaspoon of salt
It took me around 9 minutes to roast it
Transfer to a dish
Let it cool for 5 minutes and then serve
Enjoy it with a cup of tea or coffee
I love it as an evening snack!
