Low calorie cabbage and egg pie.
This delicious pie recipe is quick and easy to make.
Onion 1 piece
Carrot 1 piece
Cabbage 350 g
Eggs 3 pieces
Spices and herbs to your taste
Rice flour 55 g
Wheat flour 55 g
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Salt
Baking powder
Eggs 2 pieces
Yoghurt 140 g
Filling:
Fry the onion a little.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the onion, mix. Grind the cabbage and add to the onions and carrots, mix, adding spices.
Simmer vegetables for about 15 minutes until tender.
Boil eggs, cut. Also chop the greens. Add to vegetable mixture, stir.
Dough:
Mix flour, starch, salt, baking powder, yogurt. Add eggs.
We assemble the cake: put half of the dough on the bottom of the mold, put the filling, put the remaining dough on top of the filling.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the cake for 30-40 minutes.
Let it cool down a bit.
