INGREDIENTS: (2 servings)
200g chicken breast
200g broccoli florets
100g white button mushrooms
1 yellow onion
Marination:
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper powder
Stir fry sauce
¼ cup chicken stock
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp vinegar
½ tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp quinoa flour
1 tsp brown sugar (or honey)
½ tsp grated garlic
½ tsp grated ginger
¼ tsp pepper powder
