Avocado Toast with a Poached Egg is a very tasty and healthy breakfast, rich in complex carbohydrates, healthy fats and proteins.

Cooking recipe:

🍞 Whole wheat bread
🥑 Avocado
🧀 Cheese
🥚 Eggs

– We toast the bread in a toaster.
– Mash the avocado to the consistency of a puree. We add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and a little salt to it.
– We just slice the cheese.

👩🏻‍🍳 Now for the hardest part, make the poached egg.

For this we will need:
1. A saucepan with boiling water.
2. Cellophane bag.
3. Olive oil.
4. Spices/salt as desired.

– Pour a little oil in the corner of the bag.
– We break the shell and pour one egg in it, salt it, add any spices we want.
– Tie the bag carefully and put it into boiling water.
– Cook for 3-4 minutes. Egg white should set and egg yolk should stay slightly soft.

On toasted bread, put cheese, mashed avocado, put an egg on top. You can also sprinkle the seed mixture, as I did.
