RECIPE #1 – Carrot Avocado Paratha
Ingredients: ( for #1 – carrot avocado paratha)
1 carrot – grated
1/4 cup – avocado ( ripe )
1 cup – wheat flour (atta)
1/4 tsp – salt
water ( to make thick dough )
ghee (as needed)
oil (as needed)
RECIPE #2 – Vegetable rice
Ingredients: ( for Vegetable rice )
1 onion (thinly sliced)
1 cup – rice (basmati or jeera rice)
1 tsp – ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp – oil ( or ghee )
2 cups – water
2 cardamom, 2 cloves, 1″ cinnamon
1 tbsp – coriander leaves
1/4 tsp – turmeric powder
1/4 tsp – chilli powder
1 tsp – coriander powder
1/4 tsp – pepper powder
1/2 cup – peas
1/2 cup – carrot (finely chopped)
1/2 cup – green beans (finely chopped)
salt to taste
RECIPE #3 – Spinach (palak) paratha
Ingredients: ( for spinach paratha )
1 cup – wheat flour (atta)
1 cup – spinach ( finely chopped )
1 tbsp – ghee
1 garlic – crushed
1/4 tsp -salt
water
oil
RECIPE #4 – Paneer & Spinach pulao (rice)
Ingredients: ( for #4 – Paneer & Spinach Pulao )
1 cup – Basmati rice
2 cups – water
1 – onion ( chopped )
100 gms – paneer ( small cubes )
1 cup – spinach ( chopped)
1 green chilli ( whole)
1 cardamom
2 cloves
1″ cinnamon stick
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
coriander powder – 1 tsp
cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
2 tbsp – ghee or oil
salt to taste
RECIPE #5 – Fried Cauliflower rice
Ingredients: ( for #5 – Fried Cauliflower Pulao )
1 cup – cauliflower (200 gms)
1 – bell pepper / capsicum (chopped)
1 tbsp – spring onion ( chopped )
2 tsp – ginger garlic paste ( 1 tsp for rice & 1 tsp for cauliflower )
1 tbsp – coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp – turmeric powder
1/4 tsp – chilli powder
2 tsp – coriander powder
2 tbsp – rice flour
1/4 cup – maida / all purpose flour / plain flour
1/4 cup – water ( to marinate cauliflower )
salt to taste
oil or ghee
1/2 tsp – soy sauce
1 tbsp – tomato sauce
1 cup – rice
2 cups – water ( to cook the rice )
