Healthy Breakfast Bars – Super Simple Recipe #shorts
Mix together:
3 Mashed Bananas
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract/essence
3 tbsp vegetable oil or coconut oil
200g rolled oats
50g ground almonds
25g sesame seeds
Bake at fan oven 160’C for 30-35 minutes until golden.
Let it cool and cut into breakfast bars
