The ingredients you need are:
4 large British Lion eggs, separated
100g frozen peas
100g asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2cm piece
100g artichoke hearts
50g gruyère cheese, grates
1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
2 tsp olive oil
