Whenever I’m in a calorie deficit, these are my go-to low calorie food items PART 13 ☕️
Sweetener
– Great sugar alternative
– 1g of sugar is 1 carb so you save quite a lot of calories in the long run
– You can use it to completely replace sugar in food recipes or even just simply replacing your sugar in your coffee!
– My go-to is stevia or monk fruit sweetener 🙂
Spray oil
– 1 spray of oil is around 1g
– 1g of oil is 1 fat, and so this will save you even more calories in the long run
– I just abuse my non-stick pan so I don’t use spray oil that much, but recently I’ve been using it to spray my potato chips as it makes it nice and crispy in the air fryer!
