Today I am sharing my Healthy Berry Chicken Salad recipe. It is packet with protein, antioxidants, vitamins, and nutrients. It is a great lunch or dinner for anyone trying to lose weight.
INGREDIENTS
Lettuce, any will do I normally choose a shredded lettuce
4 ounce chicken breast, diced and cooked
100g strawberries, sliced
50g blueberries
10g walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp (30g) raspberry vinaigrette
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a bowl and top with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Enjoy.
