RAGI SWEET PUTTU
Ingredients:
Roasted and steamed ragi flour – 1 cup
Grated jaggery – ½ cup
Grated fresh coconut – 1 ½ tbl spn
Ghee – 1 tsp
Cardamon powder – ¼ tsp
Cashew nuts – few
Method:
Heat ghee, add cashew nuts and fry.
Take out, add jaggery, little water.
When it melts, add coconut cardamon and then steamed flour.
Mix well and serve topped with more ghee.
