This fantastic vegetarian recipe is what came into my mind when I wanted a decent recipe for my lunch. An ideal contender for weight loss. The tart should have a firm effect. Add some beans powder or gluten supported flour for a good result.
Ingredients:
Melted Butter
Chopped mushrooms
Puréed Beans
1 small onion
Crushed kale
Salt
Black Pepper
Lemon juice
1 cup Gluten supported flour
Method
Put melted butter and mushrooms in a mixing bowl
Crack in eggs, add two tablespoons is lemon juice.
Add onions, pepper, salt and kale
Add beans purée and mix
Add gluten supported flour and mix
Grease a bake pan and pour the mixture in
Bake or Steam( preferred) for 15 minutes in the oven and 30 minutes in the steam.
Enjoy your Mushrooms and lemon tart cold or hot.
