Mix Dal Recipe. We required Arahar Dal, Black Masoor, Moong Chilka, Urad Chilka, Chana Dal or as u wish. Whole wait 170 gms, wash well with water and soak for 1 hour, after it boil our mix dal in cooker until 6 whistle, mean while we make tadka for the dal in another kadhai, ingredients are add 4 tbs mustard oil, half tea spoon jeera , 2 pinch hing , then chooped garlic and ginger let them untill brown, then add chopped onion cook it until light brown , then add chopped tomato and green chili then add all spices (Turmeric , red chili, coriander powder each 1 tbs then add taste full salt, and garam masala 1 tbs. cook the tomatoes until they are soft, then add boiled dal andmix serve it in aboil and decorate with fresh coriander leaves and desi ghee. serve it wit garam chapati , salad and pickle.
