Cooking for babies seems like a daunting task at times, however in this video I will show you how easy it can be! Baking, boiling and steaming – all these are the healthiest ways of food preparation. I will bake healthy muffins as a breakfast option, cook grains with vegetables and make turkey meatballs from scratch. The best thing is that all this can be done in 1 hour, and your baby will love her/his food guaranteed! No more preservatives from supermarket foods. Let’s cook together!
Healthy muffins:
1 mango or 2 apples (mashed or shredded)
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 1/4 cup of oats
Berries
Bake for 25-30 mins (until cooked), temperature 350 degF
Grains with veggies:
Cup of quinoa or other grains
Broccoli
Carrots
Add water and boil until cooked and add baby spinach in the end
Turkey meatballs:
1 lb of ground turkey (or other meats)
1 egg
1/2 onion
1 cup of milled oats
Steam until cooked (boiling or baking is also an option)
