Asian salad dressing recipe that is both super easy and quick. You will love it! Pair this dressing with healthy vegetables for a healthy salad recipe.
Remember that 300g of vegetables equals to 1R or 10g carbs. If you use tamari, the sauce has zero carbs.

➔ INGREDIENTS:
For the salad, I am using carrots, cucumber, cabbage and brocoli
For the sauce (2-3 servings):
– 1 clove of garlic
– 3cm ginger
– small green/red chili if you like it spicy
– 1/2 lemon
– 1tsp sunflower oil
– 1 1/2 tsp fish sauce
– 1 tbsp soja sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
– 1/2 tsp sesame oil
– 20g mint
– 20g coriander

Para la ensalada, estoy usando zanahorias, pepino, repollo y brocoli.
Para la salsa (2-3 porciones):
– 1 diente de ajo
– 3cm de jengibre
– chile verde / rojo pequeño si te gusta picante
– 1/2 limón
– 1 cucharadita de aceite de girasol
– 1 1/2 cucharadita de salsa de pescado
– 1 cucharada de salsa de soja (o tamari sin gluten)
– 1/2 cucharadita de aceite de sésamo
– 20 g de menta
– 20 g de cilantro
➔ INGRÉDIENTS EN FRANÇAIS:
Pour la salade, j’utilise des carottes, du concombre, du chou et du brocoli

– petit piment vert / rouge si vous aimez épicé
