In this video I will show you step by step on how I make my very Healthy/Low Carb/Keto Sandwich from the leftover of my meatloaf. This sandwich is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can modify the sandwich to your liking. That is why “HOMEMADE IS THE BEST.”

Ingredients:

– 2 slices of bread ( I used low Carb bread) you can use any bread of your choice.
– 1 sliced meatloaf (I used leftover meatloaf)
– 3-4 slices of tomatoes
– 1/2 – 1 avocado
– 1-2 leave lettuce 🥬 ( I used baby green salad mixed)
– Cheese slices
– Sliced onion
– Pickles (optional)
– Catchup and mustard (optional)
– Sirarach (optional) I added in my sandwich

* Tip: If you used leftover meatloaf like I did, it’s best to heat it up using microwave or stove.
