100g mashed banana
3g yeast
150g bread flour
150g all-purpose flour
2g salt
25g vegetable oil

The filling:
40g coconut oil (melted)
90g mashed banana
50g shredded coconut
60g raisins
Preheat the oven to 180℃/350℉, bake for 20min.
