HERE IS THE RECIPE: (for 5-7lbs of chicken wings)
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried ground oregano
1 tablespoon tony chachere’s creole seasoning
1 1⁄2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons canola oil, optional for making paste

–Mix all items.

–coat wings with olive or canola oil.

–Toss seasoning with oiled wings until well coated.

–place on baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with Pam.

–Bake at 350 or 400F. Cook until done. turning occasionally.
