Ingredients
– 1 cup coconut flour
– 1/4 cup coconut oil
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
– 1/4 cup chopped nuts (any variety, such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
– 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
– 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 180 degrees C.
2. In a medium bowl, combine coconut flour, coconut oil, coconut extract, honey, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, sea salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
3. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan with coconut oil. and line with greaseproof paper.
4. Spread the granola mixture into the greased pan and use your hands or use a spoon to press it into an even layer.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
6. Allow granola to cool completely before slicing into bars.
7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
