• गेहूं का आटा – 1 और 1/2 कप
• बाजरे का आटा – 1/4 कप
• बेसन – 4 बड़े चम्मच
• अदरक – 1 बड़ा चम्मच कटा हुआ
• लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 छोटा चम्मच
• हल्दी पाउडर – 1/2 चम्मच
• जीरा – 1 चम्मच
• अजवाईन – 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
• गरम मसाला – 1/4 छोटा चम्मच (वैकल्पिक)
• हरी मिर्च – 2 बारीक कटी हुई
• नमक – स्वादानुसार
• धनिया – 2 बड़ा चम्मच
• दही – 4 बड़े चम्मच
• पानी – आटा गूंधने के लिए
• तलने के लिए तेल
