Simple whey bread recipe.
Ingredients :
Whey (warm) – 500ml
Fresh yeast – 25g
Sugar – 1tsp
Salt – 1tsp
Flour – 650-700g
Olive oil – 2tbsp
Bake at 200C (390F) for 35-45 minutes.
After baking, cover the bread with a towel and leave to cool completely.
