Ingredients:- For curd sandwich
8 slices bread
1/4 cup coriander chutney
For the filling:-
1 cup hung curd or Greek yogurt (any plant based yogurt will work too)
1/4 cup carrot, shredded
1/4 cup green and red capsicum
1/4 cup cabbage
1/4 cup onion
1.4 cup coriander leaves
1 -2 green chili
1/2 tsp each salt, black pepper and red chili flakes
For tadka:-
1/2 tsp ghee or oil
1/4 tsp mustard oil
3-4 fresh curry leaves

🌿In a bowl add the filling ingredients and mix well. Spread green chutney on each slice of the bread. Add curd mixture on 4 slices of the bread as shown in the video. Top with the remaining bread slices. On a heavy griddle or tawa add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves. When mustard seeds start to crackle, place a sandwich over this tempering and cook until golden and crisp from both sides on low flame. Slice into two pieces and enjoy!
