carrot cake OVERNIGHT OATS 😋 😍

RECIPE
ingredients
50 g oat flour
100 ml water or almond milk
15 g chocolate protein powder
1 tsp chia seeds
100 g Greek protein yogurt
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 small carrot
2 tbsp dried cranberries

1. Mix oat flour, spices, chia seeds, protein powder and add the water (or almond milk) + yogurt. MIX WELL
2. Add grated carrot and 1/2 of the cranberries
3. Add 1 tbsp grated carrot and 1 tbsp cranberries on top
4. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy 😉
