2 cups whole wheat flour (use oat flour if you can! makes it healthier!)
2-3 tsp baking soda
cinnamon or spice

Mix evenly

Add in

3-4 mashed ripe bananas
1/3***** cup almond milk! (Adjust depending on what type of sweetener you use)
1/3 cup maple syrup or whatever sweetener you desire
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Mix well and pour into a baking dish (line with parchment or spray or whatever) – bake at 350 for 50-60 min!
