There are many fitness channels, but none have documented the painstaking process of true transformation. The journey starts here. We’re Kevin and Chandler we have 2 different goals but proper nutrition and training is only one way to get there. Kevin is participating in a 6 week challenge to have the most body fat lost in his weight watchers club. Chandler is currently bulking; training to compete in a bodybuilding competition next year.
