Creamy Tomato Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients (serves 5)
600g Chicken breast
250ml Double cream
100g Tomato Purée
200g Spaghetti
100g Broccoli
60g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
Salt
Pepper
Basil
Garlic powder
Recipe
1. In a bowl add yoghurt, diced chicken into strips, garlic, salt and pepper. Give a good mix and cook in air fryer for 20 mins or oven bake
2. Boil spaghetti and broccoli
3. In a pan with low heat add cream and tomato purée, salt, pepper and garlic and mix into smooth and creamy
4. Add spaghetti and broccoli (cut into small bits) to the cream and mix
5. Plate the creamy pasta
6. Add the chicken
7. Enjoy!
