Cottage cheese
– Amazing for using it as a low calorie protein snack
– I’ve been putting it on sour cream and chive flavoured rice cakes with a little bit of salt and it’s 👌🏼
– I’ve seen it being used in heaps of recipes lately that you could potentially do like the cottage cheese ice cream
– it’s around 4c 2f and 14p for 100g which is pretty good!
