This is one of my favorite sandwich recipes. First, I start off by toasting some delicious sourdough bread in olive oil until it’s perfectly golden brown. Then, I spread some yummy pesto sauce and add some mozzarella cheese on top. Next up, I add fresh slices of juicy tomato, creamy avocado, and some freshly cracked pepper. To finish it off, I top it all with a handful of tangy arugula massaged in lemon juice and drizzle some balsamic glaze for a touch of sweetness. Trust me, this sandwich not only takes a short time to make but is also packed with flavor and goodness. It was amazing! Give it a try and let me know what you think!
