Today I am sharing a very ight and healthy Rohu fish curry. I don’t use onion, garlic and red chili powder in this recipe. It is very delicious and easy to make too. If you will like this recipe, please let me know in the comment section below how you like it. Thanks for watching my video.

Ingredients:

To marinate the fish:

1. Rohu fish pieces (I took 7 pieces today)

2. Salt and turmeric powder

3. Green papaya – 100 grams

4. Green banana – 1 pc

5. Medium size Potato – 1 pc

For gravy:

6. Tomato puree – 1 medium size

7. Ginger and green chili paste – 1-1/2 tbsp ginger and 4 green chilis

8. Extra green chili – 4 pcs

9. Scented lemon leaves – 4 (gondhoraj lebu pata)

10.Coriander powder – 1/2 tbsp

11.Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp

12.Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

13.Salt according to taste

14.Pinch of bengali garam masala

15.Dry red chili – 1 pc

16.Bay leave – 1 pc

17.Bengali spice panch foron – 1 tsp ( equals quantity 5 types of seeds ) Black mustard, cumin, nigella, fennel and fenugreek seeds

18.Mustard oil – 3 tbsp
