Easy air fryer stuffed mushrooms filled with cream cheese and topped with cheddar and sesame. Baked sweet potatoes fries and Roasted bell pepper.
They’re great as a veggie dish or a side dish!
🔺Ingredients
* White Button Mushrooms
* Red paprika
* Sweet potatoes
* 2-3 tsp Cream Cheese, softened
* ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
* ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
* ½ teaspoon Salt, Pepper
* 1 tsp Provence spice
* Sesame seeds , for topping
* Oil (walnuts or olive)
🔺Instructions
* Pop or cut stems off of the mushroom caps.
* Mix together cream cheese,garsalt, and pepper in a bowl. Spoon mixture into the “well” of each mushroom cap. Top each with shredded cheddar cheese and sesame.
* Spray the air fryer basket with oil spray to prevent sticking. Place a single layer of mushrooms in the basket.
* Mix together walnut oil, garlic powder,salt pepper and let the vegetables marinate.
* Set the temperature to 180° degrees and cook for 10_15minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Cook them until you notice the mushrooms have softened and the cheese is fully melte!
