DESSERTS TO LOSE WEIGHT | Cinnamon Roll Muffin

Ingredients:
Almond Flour
Coconut Flour
Almond Puree
Vanilla Protein Powder
Sunflower Seed Butter
Coconut Oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp lemon juice

FOR THE LEMON COCONUT BUTTER GLAZE
Coconut butter
Erythritol
Lemon Juice

1. Pre Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease muffin tins or put liners.
3. Mix all powder ingredients (Almond flour, Coconut flour, Cinnamon powder, Protein powder) together in a bowl. Stir to combine.
4. In another bowl, mix all wet ingredients (Nut or Seed butter, Pumpkin puree, Lemon juice, Baking soda, coconut oil) together.
5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together.
6. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin 3/4 full.
7. Bake for 10-13 minutes.
8. Do the toothpick test. If it comes out clean, it’s ready.
9. Move into a cooling rack. Allow cooling before putting the Glaze.
10. Spoon the Coconut Butter Icing on top of the muffins.
11. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon powder on top.

This moist Cinnamon Roll Muffin is a YUMMY alternative to the regular muffins. Now comes the best part, it is FAT BURNING and Bikini body-friendly! It is sugar-free, grain-free and low in carbs. This is the perfect snack to go with my Creamy Hot Drinks recipe!
