Cheese and Tomato Omelette
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 chopped tomato
1/4 cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Add the chopped tomato and grated cheese to the beaten eggs.
3. Mix everything with a fork or spoon.
4. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan and spread it evenly.
6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is firm.
7. Using a spatula, fold the omelette in half and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is golden.
8. Serve immediately.
