The 2 ingredients-
Self raising flour -2 cups
Natural yogurt-1 cup
Optional
1/2 tsp salt
Oil
Garnish with butter, garlic & coriander
Method
Add 2 cups self raising flour to a bowl, add 1 cup natural yogurt to the flour & some salt, mix until a dough is formed, kneed for 5 mins. Rub some oil on top of the dough and rest for a hour
Roll out into your desired naan shape and cook on a pan or in the air fryer oven
Cooking options
5 mins at 230c in air fryer oven
Alternatively cook on a hot pan 2 mins each side
Once cooked using preferred option, add some butter, minced garlic and coriander to a bowl, melt this in the microwave for 3 mins and brush on top of the naans once they are cooked
Serve hot & fresh
