This is easy to make, a healthy, vegan snack that everyone will love. They are bursting with flavors and can be eaten at any time of the day. You can also add your favorite spice and roast them. Goes very well with beer and whiskey.
INGREDIENTS-
1 1/2 cup boiled chickpea.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
1/2 teaspoon garam masala.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning.
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice.
2 tablespoons canola oil.
INSTRUCTIONS-
*In a large bowl adds all the ingredients and mix it.
*Now pour it all in a baking tray and place it in the preheated oven over 400ºF for 40 minutes.
*It’s ready to serve.
*Enjoy!
