Chicken White sauce Sandwich

Ingredients:
-1 Quarter chicken leg
-Bread
-6 egg whites
-Ginger, Garlic & Chilly paste – 1 tbsp
-Pepper Powder – 2 tbsp
-Butter – 2 tbsp
-Maida – 1 tbsp
-Milk – 1 glass (200ml)
-Steamed carrot- 1 bowl
-Steamed Potato- 1 Bowl
-Boil Green Peas – 1 small Bowl
-Tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp
-Cheddar cheese – 4 tbsp
-oil 3-4 tbsp.

Method:
-Firstly marinate chicken with Ginger, garlic, chilly paste, pepper powder and salt for 30 minutes.
– After boil chicken in a pan, Adding half glass of water (Close the Lid)
– cook untill chicken turns soft & tender.
– Now shred the chicken and keep aside.
– After heat a pan, add a butter and Add Maida Stir for a minute.
– Add 1 glass of milk.
– Stirring Continuously.(No lumps).
– when sauce thickens, Add pepper powder, tomato ketchup and salt.
-stir for a minute
-now add Shredded Chicken, carrot, green peas and potato.
-combine well.
-Transfer to a bowl and Add Grated cheddar cheese.
– mix well & keep Aside.
-Now cut the Bread into round shape using Round vessel or a Glass.
-Spread the chicken white sauce over the bread and place the other slice over one.
-Dip into beaten egg and shallow fry.
or you can simply toast it on the tawa without dipping into egg.
